One Market, in Detail

Australian Market

Everything above this point generalises to any market on purpose — that's what makes it shareable in a global presales channel. This block is the deliberate exception: real, current, Australia‑specific detail kept in one clearly‑labelled place instead of diluting the global manual with figures that only mean something in one country. Skip it entirely if you're not working this market; read it as the model for what a similar tab would look like for yours.

Why This Tab Exists

The rest of this manual was deliberately stripped of country‑specific numbers and place names so it travels — a presales engineer in Toronto or Dublin or Singapore should be able to read Module 02+ or the worked deal without hitting a figure or a city that only means something in Australia. But the detail didn't disappear, because it's genuinely useful to the market this manual was originally written in. It lives here instead, clearly separated, so nobody mistakes an Australian salary band for a global one, and nobody has to dig through case studies to find it.

Two sheets follow: actual Australian pay data, with sources and dates, and the channel/compliance detail (distributors, superannuation specifics, the Essential Eight) that's genuinely different from one country to the next. If you're building the same manual for another market, this block is the template — a global core, plus one clearly‑labelled regional appendix per market you actually work in.
